Do you charge extra for stairs or elevators?
No. Stairs and elevators are included in our hourly rate. There are no hidden stair fees or elevator fees — you only pay for the time we actually work.
Do I need to book the elevator at my building?
Yes, most condo and apartment buildings in London require you to reserve the service elevator with building management. We recommend booking it for a 2-hour window starting at your scheduled move time. We'll arrive within that window.
Can you move a piano or heavy items from an apartment?
Absolutely. We move pianos, safes, and other heavy items regularly. For upper-floor apartments without an elevator, we'll assess the item and stairwell to determine if it's feasible and quote accordingly.
What if my building has no loading dock?
No problem. We handle street parking and long carries regularly. If your building requires a parking permit for the moving truck, we'll let you know when we send your quote so you can arrange it.
How many movers do I need for my apartment?
