How much does a residential move cost in London?
Our rates are $160/hr for 2 movers, $200/hr for 3 movers, and $240/hr for 4 movers, with a 3.5-hour minimum. Your truck, fuel, blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, and furniture assembly are all included. A typical 2-bedroom home takes 4-6 hours, so you're looking at roughly $640-$1,140 depending on crew size.
How many movers do I need for my home?
For a studio or 1-bedroom, 2 movers is usually sufficient. For a 2-3 bedroom home, we recommend 3 movers — it's our most popular option and often costs less overall because the move goes faster. For 4+ bedroom homes, 4 movers is the most efficient choice.
Do you move on weekends?
Yes, we move Monday through Saturday. Weekend dates book up fast, especially at month-end, so we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance during peak season (May-September).
Do I need to pack everything myself?
You can pack yourself, or we can pack for you. We offer full packing and partial packing services at your regular hourly rate plus materials. Many customers pack their own boxes and have us handle fragile items, the kitchen, and large furniture.
Can I leave clothes in my dresser?
Yes, lightweight clothing can stay in dresser drawers — it saves time and boxes. Remove anything heavy, fragile, or valuable. If the dresser is very heavy or going up or down stairs, we may ask you to empty it completely to prevent damage.
